1. This one has it all, you can create routines and target specific areas.single dislike: when trying to go forward or back a stretch during a session (sometimes i need to see it again) it just starts showing completely different stretches instead of the ones on the shown list and i cant get back to where i was in my work out without completely starting over and waiting through each timed stretch.
2. otherwise- great app i use it multiple times a day!I would give five stars, I really like the app, stretches are well illustrated, and I like the options for time allotted and areas to stretch.
3. I also like the ease in setting my goal each day (5 minutes to hour)....so if I'm short on time before working out I can easily adjust.Great app, but for the custom workouts it would be great if there was a way to duplicate them so that you can make more than one without having to reinput everything.
4. And there needs to be more flexibility in the length of each stretch (ie, 5s increments instead of just the ones available).Apps is nice with lots of exercises but it has two problems.
5. You can set reminders to stretch and also adjust the total time of your workout.
6. My only complaint is that the app sticks to a predictable (though it says random) list of exercises depending on the time set.
7. To have variety you need to increase the minutes of the stretch session.
8. The other problem is that the app suddenly ends the session when using it, this have been happening for some time.
9. It is difficult to stretch and watch the video clip at the same time.
10. As a post-lifting routine, this works great, especially for a free app.I generally use this app for pre-workout stretching, so I can't really speak on any other feature.
11. First, if you do the same amount of time the app always shows the same exercises.
