But those here wouldn't let go, they prohibit the go back button, and as you look to close them they actually activate links to unwanted pages, a more suggestive nature would make this otherwise very useful app much less annoying.i must say it is a good and useful app, i am following 3 sets everyday (full body, belly and leg sets), but one deficiency is that it has no option to sync with google fit, which as an android user is my acrivity log, so i would request the developers to look into it and if possible, to add that feature.It will be better if warnings were stated for each type of exercise since some of the exercises are bad for certain people.
