One other irritating flaw is that the app does not keep the screen on, so if your screen timeout is less than your stretch routine's duration the phone screen shuts off which then pauses the app, and if you're relying on the app to ding to let you know when your stretche is done, it completely fails at doing its job.The app is amazing! ive been trying to get flexible for so long.
2. my hamstings were so tight and at the end of my 5 minute stretch i was feeling great! and this zppp allows you to pick how long you want the lesson to be, And what difficulty you want there is absolutely easy, easy, medium easy, medium, medium hard, and hard.
3. Also being able to link this to my Samsung health appGood ability to create custom stretching routines, but missing many major yoga poses that are part of my stretching routine.
4. I can't find any way to synch my purchase for the premium to the app on my tablet for I've sent an email to the developer about this on the 30th of April, but haven't received any response.I kind of wish I had a vocal option for between the stretches that tells me when to start and stop.
5. And on some others but can't remember which ones on the top of my head .In my personal opinion, I like this app because it has a range of difficulty from easy to hard and the set of exercise is aligned to what a person can perform.
6. Perfect for me, with the ability to make a customer routine and have visual of each stretch.
7. A voice prompt for when you need to change sides would be nice so that there isn't a need to constantly watch your phone.
8. Even if there's no illustration of the exercise, just the ability to add it to my routine.I'm only on my second day using this app and while I'm enjoying it there are a few features that I feel would make it better.
