BetterMe Customer Insights

1. There's zero transition time and each exercise is in a different position (on back, on feet, etc) so I missed the first few movements on every single exercise.

2. There's no time in between exercises to get into position before the timer starts, so you're really only doing the exercise for half the time once you figure out and get into the new position.

3. But they fixed my issue super fast and am able to do the daily workouts again! Great customer service!!!Only first day by really don't like the transitions from one exercise to another.

4. You go from floor to standing, repeatedly, and lose 10 seconds of exercise time during each transition.

5. But most recently I haven't been able to do the daily wall workouts.... Update: The developer contacted me super fast about the issue! Honestly, was not expecting a reply at all, just expressing some frustration.

6. By the time you have to switch and look at the phone to know what's supposed to happen, you miss around 6 - 7 seconds.

7. There is no time to adjust between exercises or audio reminders of what you whould be doing.

8. They go fast and don't give you time to switch portions and move from wall to floor and back frequently.

9. The exersises were good, but there was zero transition time.

10. Honestly I want a refund but it didn't even work well enough for me to do enough workouts to qualify for one.The workouts are short but still effective.

11. By the time I figured out what to do, it was nearly time to transition to the next move.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BetterMe Issues

1. Fix BetterMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BetterMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BetterMe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BetterMe" » Open BetterMe: Health Coaching » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BetterMe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BetterMe: Health Coaching app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BetterMe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BetterMe: Health Coaching" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BetterMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BetterMe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BetterMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BetterMe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BetterMe not working


2. Fix BetterMe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BetterMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BetterMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BetterMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have tried for diferent way to explain that I don’t want to continue get charge for this app what I don’t used , is not any free trial . I will go to the back to see what I can do to stop this and get my money back

  • I would like to cancel all my betterme Apps. As I lost my job I can not afford this app anymore.
    I tried to do it on my iPhone but I was not able to find the app. Please cancel it asap.

  • I want to cancel any subscription I may have inadvertently signed up for. I also request a refund to my credit card for the draws you took in April, May, and June 2022 each for $39.98.
