1. it's a good gymnastics app it teaches me different gymnastics moves people should use this app for if they want to be a gymnast or if they like to flip alot i do alot im a gymnast and this app helps me alot you should check it out even though I am a gymnast it teaches me different gymnastics moved at home.
2. I would just use a yoga app of I wanted to do a handstand people are looking for a well rounded strength like a gymnast would have and you can't achieve that without any pulling, or rings, or lever work.
3. Disgusting.Easy to use app and the exercises are really good i feel more flexible after finishing my daily exercisesTried to create an account via emails and facebook, but the pages refreshes to the same sign up page.
4. AMAZEIt could be better I actually unsubed from the premium because it didn't have any pull work and didn't help with any advanced movements, and didn't have any pulling work.
5. Has everything in it: Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, Cardio, Balance, Coordination, & FUN! No equipment whatsoever needed too!The app is honestly amaźing and I would have given it a 5 star review.

8. It helps you learn stuff earlier and shows how to get in your position that you need to get in and gets you ready for competition.
9. The thing is that there are only 2 free workouts and the rest needs payment.
10. I have sent three emails to the "support" email address and absolutely no response.
