1. Larger range of exercise workouts, amazing background music and the ability to adapt to your specific needs and capacity is what made me decide to stick to this app and try no more!I am not big into apps, but I just downloaded this one and I find it amazing.
2. I also like the variety in workouts and that the guide you through the workout.Brilliant app with a great range of exercises.
3. I use the Dynamic setting which means each workout is a different combination of exercises, fantastic for keeping me interested.
4. Overall, it was amazing and I plan to try the other apps as well.I like it overall, however, I wish that it would give adjustments/alternatives to exercises to scale up or down.
5. The 7 minute workout app has a very encouraging trainer and good exercises for when you just want a quick workout.

7. Very user friendly, exercises designed for the whole body or for different parts and you can do as many sessions as you want.

9. For the simpler ones, it is not an issue, but there are some exercises that I've never seen before and have a harder time catching on to them in the ~30 seconds that I'm trying to do them.I like this app.
10. That said, if you're totally out of shape like me you'll probably want to pick something else, or majorly modify, so that your lungs don't catch fire and you die.I love the Down Dog apps! They are very customizable and easy to use.
11. You can select between a standard repeating set of the same exercises each time or dynamic which mixes it up each time.
