And I wish it was able to send me a daily reminder to use it (which it didn't seem to do even before I disallowed notifications 😅)I just loved this application but I have one problem which is they just taught us full body workout, not about specific parts of body so in my opinion they can be better... Do check out this application if you are wanting a application which can help you to do full body workout.you guys got to try this app it's really helpful.
2. Only change I would make is fix the side-plank, since it's supposed to be only 15 seconds per side, according to the WebMD site.Assuming you know how to perform the exercises properly, this app is perfect since it's just mainly a timer and audio reminder.
3. Does all the same workouts as other 7 minute apps, but no ads, also some custom settings to alter the intensity.Was looking up a few apps, but this one is great.
4. I like that it's lightweight, simple and ad-free.Tiny in size but bigger in work..!!! No fancy animation, no aannoying intro things, no ads.
5. I recommend this to everyone.I have pretty much exactly two issues with this app: I had to disallow notifications from it because the app icon wouldn't leave my status bar after I closed it.
