Be wary tho, not all retailers will believe that Varo is a real bank.I have been using Varo now for a couple of years and absolutely love all of the perks that go along with the free checking account! It is recognized as an accredited bank, no hassles when I need to link it with another platform for transferring funds for different things, all of the "fee-free" ATMs which seem to be everywhere you look, and especially the ease of using/navigating the Varo Bank Mobile app! There is so much more as well!! *AND NO..LOL..I WAS NOT PAID TO SAY ANY OF THIS** LOL..I have had no issues at all.

Not really a fan of the fact that when i transferred money into savings, it took an hour to show up, i dont want to complain too much because it eventually did show up in my savings balance, but i liked how the old version showed the transfers immediately.I have had no problems with the app, no problems with customer service ( they are awesome), and no problems using my Varo card.

For a reason unbeknownst to me, my Zelle account became compromised. That is a security message appears in the Zelle account stating that my mobile phone number, for security reasons, is not linked to the Zelle account. Even more, it is the same number I have been utilizing every since I created the Zeele account. I have no clue as to what caused the problem, but in any event and because I could not speak with a live person in customer support, and in lieu kept getting instructions to revert to the chat dialogue, I made the decision to uninstall the Varo account and reinstall it. That is what I am performing now. As an additional point, I do not appreciate the difficulty of the support offered by Varo. When the company was newer, live customer reps were routinely available. Last, I am disconnecting usage of Zelle from Varo, a relationship that I did not even initiate. I will utilize Zelle as an independent application. I will reach out to a live support person on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 about this troubling and exasperating issue.

I can't delete information or change it around on my app make it too hard I should be able to move it with my finger
I am trying to login to Varo Bank Mobile Bank but I no longer have access to that phone number
My account and the email that was attached to my account along with any other previous information was all compromised by an individual named Cheyenne Adderley I have already talked with a customer service agent about this matter and have discussed the fact that I can no longer get into the original email that was attached to the account there for making it impossible for me to receive any updated information from your guys's security team so with that being said because my situation has to do with identity theft and fraud and the fact that my ID has also been taken from my possession I am reaching out to you guys to try to change the existing information or figure out what the next step can be on my behalf while I'm in the process of getting an ID my first request would be to have my bank statement mailed to either the original address which is 10126 Timmons Road or can I go ahead and update that to a different address please I need answers immediately get back to me at your earliest convenience thank you
