  • My account and the email that was attached to my account along with any other previous information was all compromised by an individual named Cheyenne Adderley I have already talked with a customer service agent about this matter and have discussed the fact that I can no longer get into the original email that was attached to the account there for making it impossible for me to receive any updated information from your guys's security team so with that being said because my situation has to do with identity theft and fraud and the fact that my ID has also been taken from my possession I am reaching out to you guys to try to change the existing information or figure out what the next step can be on my behalf while I'm in the process of getting an ID my first request would be to have my bank statement mailed to either the original address which is 10126 Timmons Road or can I go ahead and update that to a different address please I need answers immediately get back to me at your earliest convenience thank you
