  • For a reason unbeknownst to me, my Zelle account became compromised. That is a security message appears in the Zelle account stating that my mobile phone number, for security reasons, is not linked to the Zelle account. Even more, it is the same number I have been utilizing every since I created the Zeele account. I have no clue as to what caused the problem, but in any event and because I could not speak with a live person in customer support, and in lieu kept getting instructions to revert to the chat dialogue, I made the decision to uninstall the Varo account and reinstall it. That is what I am performing now. As an additional point, I do not appreciate the difficulty of the support offered by Varo. When the company was newer, live customer reps were routinely available. Last, I am disconnecting usage of Zelle from Varo, a relationship that I did not even initiate. I will utilize Zelle as an independent application. I will reach out to a live support person on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 about this troubling and exasperating issue.
