1. Every time I try to sign in, even after resetting the password and re-saving it, and even contacting our system administrator, it still never seems to work properly.
2. My employer recently switched over to UKG Pro to use as a time clock app and it has been continuous hassle.
3. I lost the ability to punch at one point and was told it was because I was on the latest build of android... What??? It takes between 3-5 mins to enter login select 2 button and clock in.
4. Then, when I try to change my password, it tells me my security questions are incorrect, or malfunctions in the middle of my reset, and locks me out.
5. Update.... Now half the time no matter what I do I get the error message saying it can't connect to the sign in server.
6. I shouldn't have to come to work so early just to ensure I can clock in on time.
7. Having to change the password every 60 days – and being unable to use any previous passwords – is annoying and inconvenient.
8. Fix your server or whatever it is that makes the clock in/response so slow! There is no reason why in 2023 we have to deal with so many frustrations with a clock in app.
9. The app itself does not seem to function in a self contained manner, but instead relies upon my web browser (Chrome) to perform most, if not all, basic functions opening a new window with each press of a button.
10. It is also incredibly difficult to request time off and view anything during the rare times the app decides to work.
11. so employer reset all passwords again... and STILL can't reset password or use current one.
