1. While they resolved the payment issue after a second follow up, for a service app it seemed like I was at fault for the poor work, and that they didn't receive my initial correspondence that the job wasn't done.

2. Ultimately I still had to pay for a contractor who took pictures of the work I had already done myself.The app is great but I haven't seen any jobs around my area.

3. But it is frustrating as hell for one specific reason... "shovlers" (contractors who work via the app) will accept your job and then have the power to just Cancel it.

4. Thar said though shovler is a great way to make money and the positives do considerably outweigh any negative experiences.

5. Otherwise account setup was easy and everything seems to work well so far Update - looks like I was wrong.

6. 5->2 starsOkay I raided the app five star but it's more of the person doing the work that deserves to five Stars.

7. I failed four times yesterday and once this morning after contact with the app people they got everything straightened out and I'm moving forward with the use of the app I'll update you on how great it works later.

8. Still have same comment about tracking.Used to be a great service, but now completely unreliable.

9. There's nothing easy about this app it's frustrating it's confusing and there's no rooms for it error and it doesn't very well give you directions or alternatives for the business areas of the application.

10. It seems all 3 were new shoveler registrations, but that doesn't change the fact that my job was never taken care of after multiple requests.

1. Fix Shovler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shovler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shovler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shovler" » Open Shovler: Snow Removal OnDemand » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shovler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shovler: Snow Removal OnDemand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shovler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shovler: Snow Removal OnDemand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shovler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shovler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shovler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shovler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shovler not working

2. Fix Shovler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shovler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shovler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shovler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
