1. Incredibly buggy app.Says this app may not be optimized for my device and it obviously doesn't work for me, yet there's no other Allstate app option offered!!! Allstate really needs to slap me in the face & say sorry about your luck chuck?!! Let me guess, either won't respond, or wants me to visit some website/email address to discuss it.....how about just fixing it and respond when it's done?!! That'd be the right thing to do!!! Of course can't post without atleast 1 star, which is 1 too many for the service!!!What's the point of this app when it's basically just a browserwrap? Signing in every time is quite annoying and wished it implemented a fingerprint login.This is a service I have never seen on any insurance company I'm very exicted about this and the peace of mind that it gives me is worth every penny if there was a cost which there isn't and that's a unheard of in today's world...
2. Doesn't seem to be ready for production use...I can't even login, just sends me through an endless cycle of confirming my phone number and email and then never actually takes me to the app.
3. Biggest issue is the constant requirement to sign in every time! Why can't we use biometrics?This app prevents my phone from opening web links from the Google search app, because it tries to open them.
4. Have tried clearing app data as well as a full uninstall/reinstall, and still get same message.Doesn't work at all anymore.
5. Thank You Allstate and SamI can sign in to their services via browser but the app consistently encounters a problem when trying to do the same.
6. The digital footprint feature is very useful but under a family plan, you can only have one email monitored at one time.
7. Dark web monitoring, at least to me doesn't seem to work.
8. Overall great protection but it doesn't seem like the developer updates the app a lot.
9. I force stop it, I turn on the slider, I clear the data and cache.
10. Digital exposure only tells me what info is out there not where.
11. I have no way of actually knowing my info is being monitored.
