UKG Dimensions Customer Insights

1. Update the features and functions for a better user experience.When we get called in early to work our shift, some of us have the option to enter our time while others like myself have that option grayed out.

2. My supervisor told me it's not showing up on their system I can see the schedule and everything else and clock-in okay, but the only issue I'm having when you entering time off it's not showing up on their and but it does say it was submitted.

3. It's so broken you can't get up to date information, have your account recognized, navigate properly, close the app, start up the app, stay signed in, navigate without crashing (but not without loading for a good 90seconds) or even successfully preform any function more complex than displaying a loading screen.

4. I absolutely hate this app and I've had to contact management to get occurences off my time card because I can't clock in or on time.Infuriating to use because there's no way to stay logged in.

5. I'm having some issues when I'm entering time off or vacation on this app from my company's page.

6. We have to write down our times on a piece of paper then our manager manually enters our time into the system.

7. This is the first time I'm having this problem.

8. The first time always fails and the second time always succeeds.

9. It doesn't keep you logged in , you'll be kicked out if your screen goes to sleep for even half a second, or if you switch apps for a second.

10. There's so many things wrong with it, all the time and it just keeps getting worse.

11. No biometric function to save time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UKG Dimensions Issues

1. Fix UKG Dimensions Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UKG Dimensions: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UKG Dimensions App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UKG Dimensions" » Open UKG Dimensions » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UKG Dimensions » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UKG Dimensions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UKG Dimensions servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UKG Dimensions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UKG Dimensions app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UKG Dimensions might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UKG Dimensions. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UKG Dimensions then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UKG Dimensions not working


2. Fix UKG Dimensions Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UKG Dimensions be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UKG Dimensions not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UKG Dimensions may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Here at Metropolitan Community College we are using Okta for SSO. We have a user that is only having trouble with signing in to UKG. The user is getting an error, "Authentication Failed. Switch to the log-in page that is assigned to you." Please advise what we can do to resolve this.

  • I'm using this App with the company Weis Markets. The app is not working and their helpdesk tells me it's nothing on their end. The app will let me enter my jobs server and login, but then it just displays a white screen. I've tried letting it load, uninstalling, restarting my phone, and I tried it on a different phone. My account with my company it mditty@redacted. How can I get the app to actually display the content.

  • Hello, I recently switch from Android to IOS. The process is going well until I tried to use the UKG dimensions app. I can log in perfectly on my Android but when I try on my new phone (IOS) it says there is an Authentication error. Please let me know how I can fix this as I have typed the passwords side by side and it always works on my Android but not the IOS iPhone. I need this for work.

  • This is to inform you when I put my work
    password on the App it keeps loading & nothing happens. On my days off I do not have acces to work computer. Already spoke to BUPA IT & no problem with my work to access PC with my password. It is very frustrating as I can’t apply leave or check my roster. Please help.

  • I tried to reset the password for it and then i pyt in the username and password and it went to this thing were it said old password and new password and the confirm new password . I dont remeber having an old password so then I just put in whatever and i pit the new passord that i created. Then it said that the old.password was wrong.
