UKG Ready Customer Insights

1. Now, my " time sheet" option for me to clock in and out is completely gone! The options on this app just start/stop working for no reason.This app requires a verification code EVERY time I try to log in.

2. Android phones are now syncing appropriately to be able to login without having to get a verification code every time.

3. Might be a good idea to get someone who knows what they're doing to fix the app, not a monkey beating on a keyboard.I have to use it multiple times a day and every time I open it, I get an error message saying it timed out.

4. List goes on, I just haven't got that far into app! More later! Well it's later! 3 years I've been on and when it works, it's nice, but it still has bugs! Couple times a month I have to contact my employer to fix my time! I got no instructions on how to use this app.Can be confusing to use sometimes.

5. No matter what I do, between force stopping, clearing cache and storage data, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it not only freezes on the green UKG loading screen, but sometimes even causes my entire device to freeze until I am able to force close the app through the task manager.

6. This app has lots of glitches and costs myself and my office personnel time.This app is a downward spiral and does everything in it's power to actually work correctly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UKG Ready Issues

1. Fix UKG Ready Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UKG Ready: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UKG Ready App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UKG Ready" » Open UKG Ready » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UKG Ready » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UKG Ready app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UKG Ready servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UKG Ready" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UKG Ready app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UKG Ready might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UKG Ready. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UKG Ready then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UKG Ready not working


2. Fix UKG Ready Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UKG Ready be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UKG Ready not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UKG Ready may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
