1. Not to mention it's way too insecure for being able to handle people's money, using plaid which sells bank info, just a big red flag. The app takes forever to open when it decides to open at all and it is horrible at accurately updating my hours I've worked.
2. I HAVE Internet and I have tried downloading again and turning on and off and ALL it is doing is doing the little circle thing as if it is down!! I am super frustrated that the customer service is horrible and they don't know what to do except reset a password which is NOT my case!!! Other than the issue I am having.....The money thats accessible after a shift is not consistent.
3. But almost not worth the struggle.after being paid late 2 pay periods in a row and having to deal with extra late fees due to holidays I was hoping to be able to access enough of my pay to pay my rent before being hit with an extra late fee but was only given the option to get access to a small portion of my pay and there was a 3 dollar fee added to it which makes this a poor attempt to rectify this leading to even more late feesI set it up over a week ago and it hasn't updated since.
4. Forget about overtime being accessed as it doesn't even register as hours worked.
5. most of the time i have to close the app multiple times to get it to work! so long story short i spend more time exiting/closing the app to use it!Too many bugs, too many issues loading if it ever actually loads enough for you to simply sign in, very similar to their other employee app.
6. It takes FOREVER to load the app, the transaction will fail about a third of the time and I can only access a fraction of my earnings before payday.
7. Customer svs doesn't seem to know how it works and seem like they are answering all my questions from a script.I've had several of these types of services my employers have used over the years and this one is by far the worst.
8. The inconsistency of hours you're able to cash out and the flat 3 dollar rate is also terrible.
9. Some days it wont update your hours worked.
10. If you can, use a different service for sure.Super unreliable people in the chat FROM the website.
11. Customer service blamed me for not using the correct numbers.
