1. Let's start somewhere, there is no clear place to export your calendar (this is a major complaint for me), redundant add assignment 12 '+' buttons that could be replaced with just one and allow more days to be viewed.

2. The "stay logged in" option is worthless as "Authentication Errors" occur and force you to re-enter credentials every time it's opened.

3. However able to download on Iphone...which sucksUpdated 2/11/23- now it doesn't even work!! Terrible.. App is now corrupt and won't boot or crashes on bootadequate.

4. Unable to stay signed in even when there is an option, error occurs with finger print sign in.

5. Seen it work on other coworkers phone.Horrible system, my workplace just moved to this schedule and no one likes it.

6. I shouldn't have to re-enter my username and password every time the app updates.Was a good app until last update.

7. Fix this issue please.Samsung unable to download onto any calendar, Google, office nothing.

8. As a staff scheduler, the majority of our 200+ staff who now have to use this continue to have issues logging in even after several attempts are made to remove the app and reinstall.the worst app I have ever used.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UKG EZCall Issues

1. Fix UKG EZCall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UKG EZCall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UKG EZCall App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UKG EZCall" » Open UKG EZCall » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UKG EZCall » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UKG EZCall app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UKG EZCall servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UKG EZCall" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UKG EZCall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UKG EZCall might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UKG EZCall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UKG EZCall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UKG EZCall not working


2. Fix UKG EZCall Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UKG EZCall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UKG EZCall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UKG EZCall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
