1. SMS for phone number verification took more than 20 minutes, and I received 6 text messages, had to try one by one to find the correct verification code (hint: the latest SMS did not contain the correct verification code).Big battery drainer.. it demands location services to access a site after scanning qr code or it won't complete check-in.
2. The inability to switch off is annoying as you need to modify the permissions at the end of the day (I recommend denying camera as well as location as it keeps switching itself back on even after force closing the app) or it continues to track you and suggest different locations to check in to.
3. I crashed all system on site nice they will do updates:):)disappointed please fix all bug's then release this app 🙏 ThanksFor an app designed to use a phone to track separate locations travelled to during a work day it does a fantastic job of draining your battery.
4. Seems there is no plan to make it compatible with Microsoft products in the future? I just want to be able to have the Display on a Surface Pro or Tablet, allowing people to sign in easily upon arrival.Unable to reset password.
5. It's still active and draining battery and push notifications on home screen. When I complete inductions I use the company name as shown, but form says "not found".
6. What usually happens is in about 30 minutes it will tell me I'm near a check in point, it's completely useless and a waste of space on your phone.
7. My Samsung A5 doesn't check me in our out, 7 to 8 times out of 10; and all my other Samsung friends are in the same boat! Please resolve this issue and I promise, a far more positive review will follow.
8. I denied location permission but it keeps asking me for location permission, which is really annoying ! Big fail on user experience.
9. How about you just do the work to make the app function correctly? No idea why it needs location access.
10. Password link in email just takes you to profile edit where you need your old password in order to update it.
11. If it wasn't compulsory for the job I'm on I'd uninstallThe idea of your app is fantastic, but it would appear Android/Samsung phones don't pick up the check-in as readily as iPhones.
