1. i would have to say that this is either garbage, or a phishing scam.This I the first time I did a consultation by vidio and I was nervous, but the instructions were so easy to follow that I have no problem connecting.This app need major work.

2. All of my doctors are 2ith Summit Medical Grp and I've been had an account but I can't login to this app.Didnt find home nor cell number, not even email.

3. it didn't know my email or phone number, making me try things over.

1. Fix Video Visits Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Visits: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Visits App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Visits" » Open Video Visits - Summit Medical » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Visits » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Visits - Summit Medical app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Visits servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Visits - Summit Medical" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Visits app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Visits might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Visits. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Visits then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Visits not working

2. Fix Video Visits Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Visits be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Visits not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Visits may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
