1. The app functions without any errors and is easy to use.Doctor on Demand is way better! Amwell's user interface isn't good, and when I went for my appointment (which I had to make 2 weeks ahead), they had a ton of questions to fill out that I wasn't able to fill out ahead of time.

2. Makes the app pretty useless as I can't wait 11 months to see a doctor.I registered, saw a doctor & had the prescription sent in all while waiting to be seen at my local urgent care center! I walked out before they even called my name and I haven't been back since! Excellent app and service that I've recommend to several people I know.

3. When I was done, they were stuck on a "calculating your payment" page for a really long time, then said they couldn't reach my insurance! My only options were pay out-of-pocket or cancel the appointment! No retry option! I lost the appointment I waited 2 weeks for!!!The app is old tech, and not very user-friendly.

4. When you're really sick and unable to get an in-person doctor visit, Amwell makes sure that you're also unable to schedule a virtual appointment.

5. I am most definitely going to use this again over taking my kids to the doctor for something small like a cold or am unsure of what care is necessary they will be able to tell you the best option.

1. Fix Amwell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amwell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amwell App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amwell" » Open Amwell: Doctor Visits 24/7 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amwell » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amwell: Doctor Visits 24/7 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amwell servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amwell: Doctor Visits 24/7" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amwell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amwell might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amwell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amwell then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amwell not working

2. Fix Amwell Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amwell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amwell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amwell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
