I inquired about this App because of the pandemic but I will be sure to continue to use this App for many years to come!!!Very useful but it doesn't have an alert on the icon to alert you to the presence or number of messages, which would be helpfulIt is worthless, I have tried for 2 days to get it det up and it won't install and I have plenty of download spacefrustrating.

1. Fix Direct Health Doc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Direct Health Doc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Direct Health Doc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Direct Health Doc" » Open Direct Health Doc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Direct Health Doc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Direct Health Doc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Direct Health Doc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Direct Health Doc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Direct Health Doc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Direct Health Doc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Direct Health Doc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Direct Health Doc then reinstall.
