What users are saying

1. It keeps asking me to sign in again, is incredibly slow, the dates on test results are the wrong years, did not bring the messages over, and not all results from the portal are reflected in the app.

2. Shame on Summit for accepting this as a workable portal.I go through each step of setting up a virtual meeting, then when i hit 'start visit' I get an error pop up saying no credit card - I was never prompted to add a cc.

3. Why have an app that you have to create a completely different user name and log in from the Summit Health account credentials you already have? Like I actually need yet another password to get less info than I got online in the first place.

4. Hopefully they can work out the kinks bc it would be great to have in place of logging onto the portal.Looks like Summit is faking reviews here to give the app 5 stars.

5. I gave one star because I couldn't rate a 0 and customer service was pleasant.I was very happy to see there is a finally an app for Summit, but unfortunately it doesn't seem ready.

6. I need a single function: view and download COVID test results.

7. It's much worse than the web portal, which also needs help.Functionally useless for just about everything including messages.

8. There was a better app for summit, to look up your test results from urgent care, city MD.

9. I was stuck in a log in loop and was never able to access my account to view my lab results or anything else.

10. It's frustrating that any doctor in this network is relegated to using a chart system that does not work.My experience with this app isn't good.

11. No ability to see your messages sent to your doctor on the web portal or back from them.
