1. It won't open no matter what I try and the support team won't pick up the phone and my appointment keeps being cancelled because I haven't been able to open the app to sign in!Hi.
2. My first appointment was cancelled 30 minutes after it was meant to have it, and then the second appointment was cancelled when I got the call because they couldn't confirm my identity.
3. But otherwise fine. When is time to call ,it is not working a d they say is £39 but they charged me yesterday £49 and I wasn't even able to answer because the app won't work! I feel like I've been rept off .
4. It then automatically cancelled my whole appointment saying my details do not match with their information.
5. I've tried to book an appointment and I had to wait 1 hour and a half for the appointment to start.
6. This is a medical app, and there are many conditions that preclude phone use and/or make use of assistive software or hardware.Do you know how difficult it is to set your app up? Do you ever test scenarios? Do you ever test? Or just let the public do it for you? Just spent 40 mins I'll never get back.
7. This is frustrating as I put all the correct information in and started the call in the appropriate time.
8. Just updated the app and it's now saying my GP is not partnered with them and I can "pay as you go" for £49 per appointment.
9. I manage to download the app but when I click open it takes me back to the same page where I have to click open again and this keeps on repeating.
10. Made an appointment via phoning doctors receptionist had to use this app.
11. Very annoying.Occasionally issues with camera and audio at the start of the call and the GP has to call back.
