Something is wrong with this app.fast and quick for a typical med issue - doctor did everything expected for an in office visit for potential sinus infection - will use again because it is the same as visiting an urgent care without the hassle of traveling and with the comfort of waiting at homeCan't get it to actually initiate a visit.

2. It was very quick & really amazing that we don't have to take my sick children out of the house just to go sit at a germy doctors office for the same service! This is the best service I've ever used thank you very much! From a very tired mother who was up all night with 2 toddlers.Super helpful.

3. The myVisitNow app has made my life so much easier!!! I have saved countless hours by avoiding the urgent care lines, travel, and waiting rooms during this unfortunate pandemic.

1. Fix myVisitNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myVisitNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myVisitNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myVisitNow" » Open myVisitNow - MVP Health Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myVisitNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myVisitNow - MVP Health Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myVisitNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myVisitNow - MVP Health Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myVisitNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myVisitNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myVisitNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myVisitNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myVisitNow not working

2. Fix myVisitNow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myVisitNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myVisitNow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myVisitNow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
