Something is wrong with this app.fast and quick for a typical med issue - doctor did everything expected for an in office visit for potential sinus infection - will use again because it is the same as visiting an urgent care without the hassle of traveling and with the comfort of waiting at homeCan't get it to actually initiate a visit.
2. It was very quick & really amazing that we don't have to take my sick children out of the house just to go sit at a germy doctors office for the same service! This is the best service I've ever used thank you very much! From a very tired mother who was up all night with 2 toddlers.Super helpful.
3. The myVisitNow app has made my life so much easier!!! I have saved countless hours by avoiding the urgent care lines, travel, and waiting rooms during this unfortunate pandemic.
4. I get this is a high volume time but according to comments this isnt even a new problem.This is terrific that the insurance company has this available: to have an at-home appt with my doc via face to face calls.
