1. Why can't I make credit card payments?! I've been trying for 3 days and each time I go to type in the amount I'm paying off it's saying that the amount is not greater than $0.00 ?!?! The few times I have managed to get it to work, at the last step (the reviewing of transaction) it suddenly clucks out and says that there's an error!!!! the update is the WORSTDoes not show the title of the accounts as I have assigned, just letters and numbers.

I'm not that good with technology or technology or the computer but I went inside one day explained it to 1 of the young people working there and they were very helpful and showed me how to do it on my phone and now I do it all the time I'm very grateful for them, they are all very helpful.It was fine, but now it has a stupid security issue that's tracking your IP address because it's probably run by a bunch of old fs that don't understand younger people do use VPNs now.

3. Thinking about moving back to my previous bank because this app is so bad.1.27.21. much much better!!! 5.9.20Can't make credit card payments unless minimum balance.

4. The previous version before all the changes was easier on the eyes and worked flawlessly.The ACU of Texas App has been very helpful.

1. Fix ACU of Texas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ACU of Texas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ACU of Texas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ACU of Texas" » Open ACU of Texas Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ACU of Texas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ACU of Texas Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ACU of Texas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ACU of Texas Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ACU of Texas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ACU of Texas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ACU of Texas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ACU of Texas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ACU of Texas not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ACU of Texas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
