1. app and online setup is terrible.if I could give them a 0 I would.They canceled my home owners policy because my front steps were leaning(only 4 steps) and no hand railing which I understand that was taken off to side the house temporarily and was going to be replaced this spring along with the steps they gave me no time to correct this issue they gave me a 30 day cancelation noticeI have been insured by Acuity for nearly 30 years.

3. Every three years I solicit quotes from other insurers and have always renewed with Acuity.It sucks.

1. Fix Acuity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Acuity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Acuity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acuity" » Open Acuity » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acuity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Acuity app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acuity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acuity" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Acuity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acuity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Acuity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acuity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acuity not working

2. Fix Acuity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Acuity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Acuity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Acuity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
