My issue with this app is that I would like to do external transfers on the app instead of having to always go on the website to transfer money to or from my other financial institutions.One of the best banking apps available! Simple to use and understand, the VACU mobile banking app has everything in one place and has a 99 % uptime rate.

2. Just remind me if I need a special character, okay? Otherwise the app works well.Wouldn't allow me to look thru my accounts, claimed an app was able to see my info.

3. More than once, it's hung up several times on subsequent login attempts — only to count them as unsuccessful logins, forcing me to call customer service and reset my password.

4. Highly recommended!Almost always getting locked out due to biometric confirmation issues and the fact that they don't list the credentials for a password.

5. They removed the option to be able to manage multiple accounts with different usernames which is not good.

6. This app works for checking my balance using quick balance.

7. The only fault I find is that, many times, taking pictures of a check for mobile deposits will fail.

8. Update: The reason taking pictures of checks fails sometimes seems to be when taking pictures of an embossed (or stamped) signature.

9. Best used with a high-end mobile phone with finger printing ID capabilities for security purposes.

10. The main issue that I have is that when I transfer money between accounts, it doesn't update when I refresh it (it used to).

1. Fix VACU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VACU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VACU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VACU" » Open VACU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VACU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VACU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VACU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VACU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VACU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VACU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VACU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VACU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VACU not working

2. Fix VACU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VACU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VACU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VACU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
