1. I feel like if I set the fingerprint feature up it should work whenever I need it.Keeps getting better and better slsi able to access all cards issued from financial institute and instantly report it as fraud.
2. But the customer service is great they explains the dos and don'ts of managing an account.I love that I am able to make external transfer s to other accounts.
3. The fingerprint feature will work for a while and then it turns around and asked me for my password which I don't remember I have to look it up and that is what makes it inconvenient when I need my information at any given time.
4. Making deposits is easy.App is ok, But it's aggravating when I really need to access the app and generally get a " error, call the bank " message and won't open even with the newest Galaxy phone and on WIFI.
5. ------ I have been an advid mobile customer since early 2000s my move to West Coast and the original personal branch app was produced.
6. I have no problem accessing my accounts on my phone thru the website so...It seems to have improved.
7. The only thing I hate is the inconvenience of not being able to use my fingerprint to access my account.
8. I would recommend it to any and all banking customers.App is very good to use, and would be even better if I could use a four digit self made pin number to sign in, instead of my main password.
9. Transfering to external accounts can be tricky and annoying sometimes it will freeze your ACU acct.
10. Excellent!!!automatic photo option now works great! It's much improved since the initial release.
11. Dec 2019 - since my last post it's much better now that they have worked out the bugsApp seems to have stopped working.
