1. Great way to trick people into getting deeper into debt.This new app is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Since the roll-out I have managed to get mine to let me log in maybe 5 times and then it was full of glitches and not as easy as the old app to move/transfer money between accounts.
2. Can you please fix the app to give people a message in their own language that when the MACU online system is down, it's not their phone having a "fatal internal error".
3. Also, after switching accounts and logging in, it prompts to set a pin every time even though it's already been done before.Last update was terrible.
4. I couldn't understand if it was my phone or the app or if I was locked out of my account (because one time that happened and the error messages were also ambiguous and very confusing).
5. it says it's active but there's no option to activate a new card.Disappointed by this new update.
6. It is convenient to transfer money between accounts, check balances, etc.
7. Used to be great with no issues but after these updates it is no longer a user friendly app.I joined MACU almost a year ago.
