1. Great way to trick people into getting deeper into debt.This new app is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Since the roll-out I have managed to get mine to let me log in maybe 5 times and then it was full of glitches and not as easy as the old app to move/transfer money between accounts.

2. Can you please fix the app to give people a message in their own language that when the MACU online system is down, it's not their phone having a "fatal internal error".

3. Also, after switching accounts and logging in, it prompts to set a pin every time even though it's already been done before.Last update was terrible.

4. I couldn't understand if it was my phone or the app or if I was locked out of my account (because one time that happened and the error messages were also ambiguous and very confusing).

5. it says it's active but there's no option to activate a new card.Disappointed by this new update.

1. Fix MACU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MACU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MACU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MACU" » Open MACU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MACU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MACU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MACU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MACU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MACU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MACU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MACU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MACU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MACU not working

2. Fix MACU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MACU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MACU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MACU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
