1. I'm going to throw my Fitbit awayI bought a trail for a week that suppose to charge me 3.99 and they took 39.99 from my bank account TWICE!!!! I'm trying to get in touch with costumer support and nothing!!!I bought a smart band 7 tried to get it to work, the directions said to open this app and then it would update the smartband well it did not, it didn't even update the time.

2. I'm just trying to figure out how to work the darned thing since NO ONE PUBLISHES THE STUFF IN PRINT (ON ACTUAL PAPER) ANYMORE, and each time I change the screen, I'm nailed with another advertisement for something or other! I'm already wanting to send this thing back out of sheer frustration! Editing from 3 stars to 1 (-3 if I could) because THE DEVICE WILL NOT PAIR with my phone.

3. Both the smartband and app r worthless.cannot connect to the watch and app is different to the instructions and always demands you pay a subscription fee and is unusableCompany changed name from Fitbit band.

UninstallingHorrible I can't even use it it doesn't even record anything on this app had a hard getting the sign-up to go thru and when it did you have to pay for it the conti ue free and doesn't even record anything if I would have known that I wouldn't even buy the watch.It won't let me sync my watch by just pulling down on the screen.

5. AllInstructionsRead, StillNoConnection.Hard to set up impossible to pair in bluetooth gotta buy a membership after you buy the device or it is useless.

6. If you already bought the watch try to return it... impossible!!!!!! This is just another ripoff.This app is the worst.

7. I purchased premium year.. and nothing happened and it is not Fitbit.. hence the name change they go by now.

8. Won't connect every page wants you to login to your paid account, etc what's the point.

9. Still can't find devices to pair my phone.

10. Right out of the gate - a LOT of STINKIN ADS in this application.

1. Fix Fitness Band Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fitness Band: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fitness Band App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitness Band" » Open Fitness Band - Fitness Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitness Band » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fitness Band - Fitness Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitness Band servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitness Band - Fitness Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fitness Band app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitness Band might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitness Band. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitness Band then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitness Band not working

2. Fix Fitness Band Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitness Band be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitness Band not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitness Band may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
