1. One is not even open... smh I was really looking forward to enjoying this watch with your app.. Because of that, I rate it with 1 ⭐️Device doesn't connect to phone by Bluetooth.
2. You can only change the date and time through the app, which doesn't work since the app refuses to connect with my phone.
3. Lots of nice watch face optionsMy husband ordered the Fitnus watches for us, we just received yesterday.
4. I will not even think of recommending this to anyone until it is fixed.The app keeps reseting, and deleting any setting I have set up, any alarms, The downloaded watch faces, are all reset randomly.
5. For some reason the tracker doesn't appear on my phone's Bluetooth menu, but it's definitely connected and syncing.
6. I do like the ability to set multiple timers though.The app syncs well with the tracker for me on my android phone and has a good troubleshooting section for issues.
7. Frustrating.I've tried for 2 weeks to connect this watch.
8. Sending the watch back and uninstalling the appThis app used to work wonderfully.
9. There are times I know I went to bed earlier than it recorded, or I am up, and the watch shows a later time.
10. I brought 2 watches, one to give as a gift, and I refuse to give because the app does keep an accurate record.
11. Won't let me do some of my customizations, disconnects from watch in middle of doing things.
I have just purchased a runmefit watch but it will not connect to my android smart phone. Also when I try to send the message I get a statement saying I have made too many attempts and it is my first attempt. Not good.
Hi the runmefit won’t sync with my apple health app tried disconnecting & uninstalling still the same syncs with iPhone but won’t sync my steps off iPhone
