Runmefit Customer Insights

1. One is not even open... smh I was really looking forward to enjoying this watch with your app.. Because of that, I rate it with 1 ⭐️Device doesn't connect to phone by Bluetooth.

2. You can only change the date and time through the app, which doesn't work since the app refuses to connect with my phone.

3. Lots of nice watch face optionsMy husband ordered the Fitnus watches for us, we just received yesterday.

4. I will not even think of recommending this to anyone until it is fixed.The app keeps reseting, and deleting any setting I have set up, any alarms, The downloaded watch faces, are all reset randomly.

5. For some reason the tracker doesn't appear on my phone's Bluetooth menu, but it's definitely connected and syncing.

6. I do like the ability to set multiple timers though.The app syncs well with the tracker for me on my android phone and has a good troubleshooting section for issues.

7. Frustrating.I've tried for 2 weeks to connect this watch.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Runmefit Issues

1. Fix Runmefit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Runmefit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Runmefit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Runmefit" » Open Runmefit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Runmefit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Runmefit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Runmefit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Runmefit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Runmefit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Runmefit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Runmefit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Runmefit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Runmefit not working


2. Fix Runmefit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Runmefit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Runmefit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Runmefit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have just purchased a runmefit watch but it will not connect to my android smart phone. Also when I try to send the message I get a statement saying I have made too many attempts and it is my first attempt. Not good.

  • Hi the runmefit won’t sync with my apple health app tried disconnecting & uninstalling still the same syncs with iPhone but won’t sync my steps off iPhone
