1. I especially like editing a plan and adding more exercises that I like, it allows me to concentrate on my goals, there’s everything I needed, with explanations about doing all the the exercises correctly, all other apps either cost too much or doesn’t have all the features I need but this one is just perfect, another nice touch is the progress tab where you can see how many workouts you completed, I find that very motivating.
2. It gives me great instructions and when I don’t understand something it really helps to make sure I understand how to do a moveI've tried a couple of different apps and you have to buy the premium version for them to be any good, but the free version of this is absolutely wonderful!! I never leave reviews and I had to for this one, if it encourages even one person to better their self then it was worth the 2 min it took me to write this.

It shows you step by step how to do the workoutThis app is really great I’m a very lazy person and sometimes I don’t like how my body looks even though it’s not bad this app really has helped me feel better about myself even if the workouts I do are little ones when I’m done I feel way better then before.
4. I like how they try and find workouts based on what you’ve been doing recently and also I like when it gives me alerts on when it’s time to work out.
5. I used to look up workouts on the internet but I never got anywhere, after choosing the fat off muscle on progSo, Ima go into a lil anecdote to give context: I used to play basketball for my high school, and as a result of me not playing daily anymore, I have grown somewhat out of shape.
6. Yes there are adds but there not overwhelming.I’ve been through so many workout apps and I just couldn’t find any that suited me.
7. To all the people with parents some of these workouts are great to get your kids off tech and spending time with you! I do all of these with my mom.
8. Overall, it’s a simple app that surprisingly will get you back in shape, couple it with some running and you’ll be good.The app is free and is very versatile.
