1. Good job in your effort because I WAS SURPRISED how many exercises you came up with bands,:)This app works fine without Premium, but for $1.99, it's definitely worthwhile, because the ability to make customized resistance band workouts is something I can't find anywhere else and it's really easy to pause workouts if you need a little more time to adjust resistance bands, unlike in other apps.Its an app with a good number of resistance bands exercises all in one place with routines that help if you're not sure where to start.
2. Take bands seriously!Need a pause button! I also wish instead of switching sides mid way, I'd rather repeat for the full time on the other side.
3. Having had the bands fly up and lacerate my face in the past, I do modify some of the moves for speed and safety or do crawl training instead - a good "push" complement to the band "pulls".
4. My main suggestion would be a feature to keep track of what weight of band I used for that exercise last time and whether it was the right weight so I could select appropriately the next time.
5. The selection here only assume freestanding bands.The app is easy to follow and if you are new to the resistance bands, it can provide you with plenty of exercises to do.
6. If you're a veteran to the bands and already familiar its probably betterLove that it's a resistance band, but...it should have a preview so I can prepare the bands needed before I start.
7. I'd suggest adding new workouts and allowing the user to set the " get ready " time manually .
8. It takes some time to learn the routine, but unless you toggle the randomizer it's always the same, which is actually fine if you want a habit to "get strength training out of the way".
9. It's not challenging enough switching mid way and at the same time I don't want to extend my workout time just to accommodate this.
10. Set up time between workouts is really fast, specially (again) if you're new and trying to figure it all out on the fly.
11. This goes for all of the apps!Not a terrible app, but if you're new to the bands and these types of work outs the app really isn't user friendly.
