Smart Wristband Customer Insights

1. There is a good chance the app may not work with it.when it syncs between watch and app it works great, unfortunately since the last update this has been hit or miss so it hasn't been working great!! any more! Update: Still not working right after a couple of weeks after posting above! Same as above! Makes it useless! Apparently the people in charge of problems don't really read anything, here or in emails to contact them! Please fix the proble Ms associated switch last update!I have been trying to pair this watch to my phone for almost 2 hrs now between last night and this morning.

2. I guess I will have to just wait until the developers release another update to hopefully fix whatever they changed.Initially the watch was working great and synced with my phone every time I needed it to, but now its stopped connecting altogether.

3. Without the app, the watch is useless - can't set it to the correct timeThis app used to work fine but recently I was getting alerts saying the app is draining the battery and I have to force it to stop.

4. I've tried restarting both the phone and the watch and as a last resort unpaired them, but now my phone, nor the app will connect back up to the watch.

5. But battery drainage is horrendous! Please,fix it!The app drains phone battery very very quickly so I delete the app when I'm not using the watch for a few days.

6. Both the watch and my phone say connected via bluetooth but the app can't detect it.

7. The watch is still working on my wrist fine, but won't connect to the app.

8. Usually it takes a while to reconnect the app and the watch but I've been trying for days now and it will not connect.

9. You can't do anything with the watch unless it's done through the phone app which as I said u can't connect too.

10. It's basic at best and the Bluetooth function is useless as it can't find or connect to the watch itself.

11. As for the watch,it would connect after some time,but the problem is,I need this app to sync my watch,to adjust the time and the date as there's no way of doing it manually.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart Wristband Issues

1. Fix Smart Wristband Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart Wristband: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Wristband App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Wristband" » Open Smart Wristband » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Wristband » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Wristband app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Wristband servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Wristband" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Wristband app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Wristband might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Wristband. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Wristband then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Wristband not working


2. Fix Smart Wristband Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Wristband be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Wristband not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Wristband may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
