1. First day and it felt great, I can feel the burn however I accidentally touched day 2 and it marked it as done, when that is not the case...day 2 is tomorrow but it's on day 3 and I have been trying to get it current but it's not working can it be reset to show day 2 incomplete....HELPPPPP I don't want to skip day 2.

2. But with this I feel and see result in 16th day!! Love it!No need for a gym when u can download n do the exercises in this app!! OMG I'm sweating like a rain storm I can feel the hurt as well,but it's a good pain🤸💪The best app ever.

3. it keeps crashing or not working.I made my entire routine on the basis of the plans shown and after 5 days it started asking for Premium subscription which is not even viable.

4. I finished day 1 do let's see what happens by the end4 stars for now because I love how I feel on the first day.

5. Cant wait to see my results on day 30.Honestly I used to work out with 4 different apps and I saw slight result after a month and half.

6. The only thing that i dont understand is the wall crunch i cant do that so by the timer runs out i do Burpees.

7. That one little part is not user friendly 😔the original app worked great.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitness Women" » Open Fitness Women - Home Workouts » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitness Women » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitness Women - Home Workouts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitness Women servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitness Women - Home Workouts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitness Women app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitness Women might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitness Women. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitness Women then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitness Women not working
