1. Is it the smart watch or my huawei phone...I loved it but after the new software update the app doesn't want to open anymore, never mind work.

2. Now it only rings for phone calls on of sim card.Finally after 6 years the latest version started to work.

3. Also, if it is a smart band, why doesn’t it ring on WhatsApp, messenger calls? If you can fix this, I may rate 5 star.

4. Also after charging it doesn't record anything unless you "wake it up" by oppening the app and connecting the band to the app.

5. And there's a notice message: cannot pair device because the pin of watch is incorrect... I tried reset watch and reinstalled Health app.

6. The app is very slow and takes horrible anount of time before band connects to the app and before it showes your records.

7. The band counts number of steps rather well, but it often gets confused about sleeping time.

8. Clearly personal space and information invasion...The app doesn't work on background.

9. What I have to do!!not recommended at all! NOT compatible with new Android Version, can't be paired since my Samsung a7 got version 9! even with last update, same issues.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Color Band A1 Issues

1. Fix Color Band A1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Color Band A1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Color Band A1 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color Band A1" » Open Color Band A1 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color Band A1 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Color Band A1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color Band A1 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color Band A1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
