1. Need to list the benefits of owning the paid version Other that that I would recommend it for resistance cables as it's visual and you can see how to do the movements!The exercises seem fine but Im not using it again after just one workout.

2. It seems to have a bug and it just sends me in a loop back to the main apps setting.Caused my phone to collapse everytime I tried to click on it.

3. It's the only app I've ever encountered that crashes my phone everytime I tried to uninstall it either through the app manager or by holding the icon down.

4. It freezes at the end, forcing you to "quit" If you want ad revenue, place them at the beginning and the end of the workout.

5. As my resistance band is a looped one and completely different to the ones shown in all the exercises it was no use to me as I couldn't do the exercises.

6. I had to go to the google play store to uninstall it because I couldn't click on it from my screen.

7. Showing an ad before or after the complete workout is fine but this is ridiculous.

8. Also make sure everything works before adding ads.Going to physical therapy for a pinched nerve from a herniated disc in my neck so I bought my own bands for home.

9. Nothing particularly bad like other people say like "omg my phone was wiped and my address was leaked đŸ˜±đŸ˜±đŸ˜±", it just isn't all that great.

10. They don't even get harder as the days go by.could be good... causes the phone to freeze, adverts interrupt the work out.

11. PRO: The workout was good, I definitely felt the burn.
