1. The only good thing about this watch is the fact that I can control my music and that all the other functions seem to work okay.Purchase the cruz for a gift.

2. Now if the app in tends thses unrealistic goals to be accumulated over time it should be stated that way.This watch is not worth buying because the app and the watch does not communicate correctly.

3. I wanted the watch for the features but it's proving to be not worth it.It would be a good smart watch brand if they could figure out how to fix all of the bugs.

4. Whenever I get emails or texts, it will not send it to my watch even though the app is running and all the notification settings are turned on, it still will not work correctly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 3+ Fitness Issues

1. Fix 3+ Fitness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 3+ Fitness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 3+ Fitness App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3+ Fitness" » Open 3+ Fitness » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3+ Fitness » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 3+ Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3+ Fitness servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3+ Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 3+ Fitness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3+ Fitness might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 3+ Fitness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3+ Fitness then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3+ Fitness not working


2. Fix 3+ Fitness Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3+ Fitness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3+ Fitness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3+ Fitness may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
