1. Instead alternates between error messages "The code you entered is not valid, please try again" and "session expired."Great ap! So much easier than the old school way to have to go downtown and pay it with cash or money order WhatsApp allows you to seamlessly make or divide payments on your bill no problem.

Just stuck in a loop between the logon screen and the receive text code screen and time out message.Apparently they want to charge a $100/m base fee for electricity with no new features to justify it which will make this the most expensive app I've ever used.App works good and is functional, but the detailed billing statements are awful.
3. I'm not sure if they patched it or if logging in through the website fixed it, but if you get stuck in a login loop, you may want to try the website.The App was good and then went downhill with the new updates.
4. And when it logs in, it updates your projected payments randomly which is great but also a bit confusing when it jumps from higher to lower and back to high again even when no one is in the house for a couple days.
5. It is helping me teach my bf to turn off the lights when he leaves the room! I wish it had a feature that I could do something (take surveys, ect) to get credits towards my bill though... That would be epic!! *Suggestion for Mr/Mrs.
6. I really love how technology sometimes makes things work better in this case they nailed it.The app is confusing and my payment history is always inaccurate.
7. I'm already getting hosed by the property management agency running a dehumidifier and fans for 3 weeks 24/7 due to backed plumbing flooding my bed-bathroom.
8. When I get to the page to have a code sent to me, I press "send code" and I get the error message "that is not a valid code".
9. SDGE website and the app show my last payment was in January 2023.
10. It's easy, it's nice you can view and pay bills but the app delays for opening and accessing it sometimes goes days without opening with password.
11. Good but needs work.When using the app is great but I am unable to log in.
