If you're going to suggest to your customers to ise this app for our main point of contact then fix the bugs.Terrible top of terrible the app will tell you your bill is due one day just for your lights to be cut off and they'll see that it says it on their end and still charge you 25 plus the billto cut it on dont mess with rhis service app not absolutely hate them happened on 4 different occasionsTerrible app.

2. Just has a frozen loading messageWhy does the App ask for a cvv number suddenly yet have no place to enter a cvv code? UPDATED REVIEW STILL NO PLACE TO ENTER CVV NUMBER FROM BACK OF CREDIT CARD Fix it soon or this app becomes USELESSDoesn't work at all.

3. When trying to submit a payment it asks for additional info but does not provide a box to enter said additional info.Tried it 5 times.

4. Went to my app and it's saying they have a new version of app to download it from app store but it didn't tell me what it's called.

5. I am able to log in and pay my bill with conformation number.

6. And this app doesn't work more often than it does.

7. Constantly freezing and crashing, can't even get logged in due to freezing.This app along with the website app is terrible.
