1. Jitbit Helpdesk for Android allows you to access your account in Jitbit Helpdesk software from your mobile device.
1. - Search function completely broken - Autopopulates reply field with "undefined" on new ticket, thus having to press for a cursor, then delete text - When opening ticket from Android Notifications, app always loads blank white page and have to swipe to clear - When using via Chrome, pressures you to use broken Jitbit app.
2. Ticket search option is hiden, it would be great if available readily in the home page.The most important feature, Keeping me logged in, doesn't exist.
3. I have contacted JitBit support and will adjust my review if the issue is resolvedFor how effective, efficient and intuitive the web version is, the mobile app is rough.

5. Edit: Year later, still broke, no update.Few Bugs report: Issue in dependent custom filleds, even though it is set as dependent on previous filled all custom filled options are getting displayed.
