1. DOWNSIDE! No recurring service agreements and customer has no option to sign the contract from there email.Has become so slow and lags that I dread logging into jobs or adding job descriptions because I know I will be impatiently waiting for the app to load.
2. Never fixes the issues.System moves too slow, chat support does not even understand their own system.
3. It was extremely easy to use and very quick now i really dont like it and it has to much going on for the simple use i use it for which is estimates and invoices and it doesn't all fit on my cell phone screen very well at all making it more difficult to understand and navigate.
4. It takes getting used to at first but once you get a hang of it, it works great! Occasional glitches, one every few months but it usually gets resolved with an update.
5. Also wish it wouldn't loose my job description if I inadvertently hit the "back" button without first saving what I wrote, why no pop up notification saying "are you sure you want to go back without saving" it just deletes everything you wrote.
6. Terrible response from company.... We use this platform daily and have several techs that we pay subscription for, and they do not seem to be concerned with technical issues.

8. Its embarrassing when I take an invoice to a customer and they have to sign it 4 times or they have to watch me refresh my page 20 times before the job that was there mere seconds ago tha dissapeared shows back up.
9. if you're trying to grow a professional company use another program! Updating does not help.
10. Contacted customer service probably 5 times now and am always told to just clear the app memory or uninstall and reinstall it.
