1. DOWNSIDE! No recurring service agreements and customer has no option to sign the contract from there email.Has become so slow and lags that I dread logging into jobs or adding job descriptions because I know I will be impatiently waiting for the app to load.

2. Never fixes the issues.System moves too slow, chat support does not even understand their own system.

3. It was extremely easy to use and very quick now i really dont like it and it has to much going on for the simple use i use it for which is estimates and invoices and it doesn't all fit on my cell phone screen very well at all making it more difficult to understand and navigate.

4. It takes getting used to at first but once you get a hang of it, it works great! Occasional glitches, one every few months but it usually gets resolved with an update.

5. Also wish it wouldn't loose my job description if I inadvertently hit the "back" button without first saving what I wrote, why no pop up notification saying "are you sure you want to go back without saving" it just deletes everything you wrote.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix mHelpDesk Issues

1. Fix mHelpDesk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart mHelpDesk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the mHelpDesk App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mHelpDesk" » Open mHelpDesk » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mHelpDesk » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear mHelpDesk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mHelpDesk servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mHelpDesk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check mHelpDesk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mHelpDesk might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall mHelpDesk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mHelpDesk then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mHelpDesk not working


2. Fix mHelpDesk Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mHelpDesk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mHelpDesk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mHelpDesk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
