1. And this has been the reasn I keep signing up and just thrashing it over and over, cause no better update nor easy use.This app is very good at showing me my sales and setting orders to "ready to ship", and changing the stock quantity and prices.

2. The list goes on but basically if this was not the only fuctioning sales channel available in my country i wouldnt use it.First off, this app doesn't give notification when I have orders.

3. Also, it's difficult for the app to list all your products in order for the user to keep easy track of the goods he/she has in the store.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jumia Seller Center Issues

1. Fix Jumia Seller Center Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Jumia Seller Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Jumia Seller Center App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jumia Seller Center" » Open Jumia Seller Center » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jumia Seller Center » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Jumia Seller Center app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jumia Seller Center servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jumia Seller Center" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Jumia Seller Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jumia Seller Center might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Jumia Seller Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jumia Seller Center then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jumia Seller Center not working


2. Fix Jumia Seller Center Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jumia Seller Center be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jumia Seller Center not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jumia Seller Center may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Dear officer who may concern,
    I am an individual vendor overseas and I want to start my business on JUMIA these days. But I have some questions that bother me a lot before I become a seller on Jumia. If you can help me with questions below, that will be very nice of you.

    1. I am a new vendor on Jumia. Can I use Jumia Express directly or can I use it until I achieve/place a certain score/orders?
    2. I am going to make some storage on my products in Jumia Express. For instance, I have 10 sneakers in different size. How should I manage my stock? Should I pack them all in a big box and deliver it to Jumia Express or should I pack them separately in different boxes and mark them with their size for later delivery?
    3. I have already known Jumia Express is in Lagos. But my goods are all in Abuja. If I want to delivery my goods to Jumia Express, do I have to delivery them in person or I can use delivery express instead?
