As a customer I'm not responsible for who wix decides to partner with so ANYTHING Specified as what I'm paying for should be provided period including proper customer service.much improved! convenient! IN past I was not able to edit campaigns created on desktop, which left me wondering about the apps usefulness.

2. Somehow now I am able to both create and edit campaigns, in the app, very helpful for last minute changes or community notifications needing urgent attention.

3. I can't see trying to use it for all functions, that would be kind of difficult (and silly!) but it's great to use in conjuntion with the desktop program.I Purchased the pro version through Wix in which they have Partnered with.

4. I wanted to be able to manage or view the list of registrants for my events from my phone.

5. And my main objective was to be able to resend campaigns, and check on my list to see if it's growing.

6. Thinking of going back to Mailchimp.Great to supplement desktop version.

7. When I copy a campaign on my phone it easier to edit the text versus the computer.

8. Not only is the app sluggish and wouldn't load the emails, I'm reading in reviews I couldn't edit anyway.

1. Fix Constant Contact Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Constant Contact: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Constant Contact App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Constant Contact" » Open Constant Contact » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Constant Contact » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Constant Contact app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Constant Contact servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Constant Contact" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Constant Contact app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Constant Contact might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Constant Contact. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Constant Contact then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Constant Contact not working

2. Fix Constant Contact Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Constant Contact be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Constant Contact not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Constant Contact may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
