4. I receive poor service every time that I have to contact NV Energy, so a bad app from them is not surprising to me.I don't know why they can't get an app that works reliably.
5. Very inconvenient and usually difficult to use.Now it tells me that my sign in session has expired every time I open it.
6. Every time I try to log in, it says I need to activate a new account again, even though I've already done that.
7. Also, the 2 factor authentication is a numeric code, but selecting the field to enter the code brings up the regular keyboard instead of numeric.
8. Is anyone fixing these issues? I am not the only one with all these problems.This app sucks!!! It never works, takes forever to load, and all the updates do not help at all.
9. It also always pops up and says theres an update for the app, which will usually delay the login for about 3 minutes.
