City Utilities Customer Insights

1. Hopefully this bug is worked out but it's a little frustrating. It is shameful that your app will not allow a customer to pay the bill on the due date by planning ahead from the time of receiving the bill.

2. CU lags way backI was able to download the app again and have been using the new version for a yr now and it is easy and very convenient to check usage ,get tips on saving energy and making payments.

3. Before your recent redo of your site I was able for many years to pay a date certain by planning ahead and seeing it was received at your offices on the due date.

4. There is no breakdown for multiple properties.Very difficult to reset password or set up account, but, once you've done it a dozen times.. 😋I love the ability to pay for all my utilities in one easy app.

5. Easier to take the few minutes out of your day and pay at their kiosk or even in person.Terrible. The auto-fill on bill pay doesn't work correctly.

6. This app sucks.I downloaded the app and chose the option to go paperless.. now the app won't even open so I can view my bill, and I can't get a paper bill.

7. It you auto-fill your card info, it changes your payment amount to your ccv.

8. Now when I use your payment by card it only allows payment on "today's date" and no way to pay as of a future date.

9. Poorly developed and super frustrating to use.So, your app doesn't update once you make a payment.

10. The search fields (for address, state, city) turn into drop menus mid typing.

11. So, I go in to try to do it again... two payments taken, amount still didn't change.
