1. Dominion energies app and website is like running full force into a brick wall repeatedly.The app, as far as I can tell, is absolutely useless since the account migration/upgrade updates.
2. Now it keeps forgetting me despite the "remember" box being checked, password won't auto fill, and it keeps sending me to the "account verification after ""upgrade"" page" despite verifying both my accounts MANY TIMES EACH.
3. When I do manage to log in it provides decent information but like most tech "upgrades" the old system was far superior.The "new" website SUCKS! I STILL can not access my account.
4. The app and website continue to tell me my account information is unavailable, and I am paying an extra dollar to make a payment.
5. Thank goodness it was easy!!! Thanks Dominion Energy for the extra help you've given me!!After talking with a representative, I found that only Utah required a change in password length.
6. My account has been migrated already so I'm not sure what to do short of calling dominion to see if this is intended or not.U able to log in ever since the new app came out.
7. Some of the other features are nice though, like viewing past statements as a pdf.The app used to be useful, just open it and view account.
8. I was not doing that before this so called Upgrade!! ------06/23 Called customer service twice, and I am still unable to access my account.
9. Update: Dominion seems to have fixed the issues and the app has been working great since.You guys set up a new system that completely does not work.
10. Also, when it does let me it tells me to add account which then tells me to enter a 13 digit account code which my account only has 12.
11. Website was so much better.I have to reset my password every time I try to sign in.
