If there is hiring for that IT Department, please I'd like to work there!Impossible for me to despise this app more; extremely user hostile app; cannot add credit card; login pops up repeatedly after already logging in successfully multiple times; would never use again if I didn't have to pay water bill.Not opening the app when its installed.

2. So, what's the point in offering login assistance?!? Only reason I gave it an extra star is because you can used it for one time guest payments.Given the choice of the website (which works fine) or the app, I'd go with the app.

3. All the 1-star ratings seem to be about connection issues, but they must have resolved them because I haven't experienced any of the problems others have described.8/7/21 Saturday attempted to install the app on both Android and Chromebookbut it failed to install twice.

4. I wrote them in November 2019 and they said that they are having problem with the one time payment on the portal, but the IT Department is working on the issue.

5. I can log into the website fine, have changed my password multiple times, and have never been able to login to the app.

6. Their website isn't any better, advertising their poor JavaScript development with NaN values all over the place.I am so frustrated, even 1 star is too high rated.

7. All I need to do is changing my old email address, but I cannot access my account.I was able to log in initially, however, most of the functions would give an error code.

8. Just asked for login assistance through the app, and it said the feature wasn't available.

9. When that happens, it forgets my login credentials and also turns off the biometric authentication and I have to set it all up again.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyWaterSD" » Open MyWaterSD - City of San Diego » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyWaterSD » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyWaterSD - City of San Diego app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyWaterSD servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyWaterSD - City of San Diego" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyWaterSD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyWaterSD might not work.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyWaterSD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
