1. 24 hours with Blibli Seller App is ended up disappointing.Poor experience..constant crash while using..getting error message while trying to log in, and suddenly got logged in.. it keeps on telling me that I got no access to product, order or chat section in the apps while I'm logging in using my main account.. it needs to improve a lot to be considered as a contender in a competition with other marketplace..Dumb system, high tax, low selling.

2. Remove this popup and move it somewhere else in the dashboard.Not able to login via browser, able to login via mobile, but mobile version is very limited function compare to web, I don't comfortable selling on this platform compare to the big tree e-commerce platform in Indonesia which is excellent both on web n mobile, hope Blibli able to improve the apps in the future otherwise it will not be used by many seller like me, thanksTake a long time for just add product and get approvals.

3. Other seller app has clean and straightforward menu, please reference them.As a newbie, I can say the user experience with this app is bad.

4. Really time consuming, and made me very dissapointed.Popup Announcement pops up every time I open the app, incredibly annoying and very difficult to dismiss.

5. Even if we use the ads, selling still low.. Unfriendly GUI, withdrawal takes too long, ordering management is b**lsh*t, upload product and editing not worth for even 1 star.

6. Need a lot of improvement of system and eliminate those obstacles for seller to sell their products in here.

7. No wonder all staff run to other companies.(Edit) It has more features now (pre-order & edit description), although it is still can't be set up from application yet (only from web).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Blibli Seller Center Issues

1. Fix Blibli Seller Center Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Blibli Seller Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Blibli Seller Center App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blibli Seller Center" » Open Blibli Seller Center » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blibli Seller Center » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Blibli Seller Center app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blibli Seller Center servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blibli Seller Center" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Blibli Seller Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blibli Seller Center might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Blibli Seller Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blibli Seller Center then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blibli Seller Center not working
