1. THE SUBMIT BUTTON THAT WAS PARTIALLY VISIBLE.... IS NOW COMPLETELY INVISIBLE Note23Plus... and again, completely unnecessary security makes SUBMIT button invisible.Please fix this, I can't pay my bill online through the Texas portal and this app doesn't open either....very frustratingThe only main issue is that I have put my card number in each time I want to pay it Also it's stupid that I have to download my bill usage to see what in using.Its really difficult to make a payment through the app.
2. more disturbing no one that I speak to has any idea what they are doing.Please add submit button for payment screen!!!! That is just ridiculous.Bill paying screen doesn't work properly.
3. Each person, that has called me has not been able to get money back to me that was stolen thru a charge called e-lock box.NOTE10PLUS PLEASE ADD A FULL SCREEN SCROLL TAB.... ON THE PAYMENT SCREEN.
4. I can input my payment information, but the submit button does not show up and I'm unable to scroll down.
5. I would recommend having the ability to see results as a table as well so I'm not just eyeballing what my energy consumption is over the monthI was charged money in September and i have been trying to get answers since then.
6. I mean, it does the basics but it'd be really good if it told me my usage rates for that month or billing cycle.

10. I have tried to register my info with this app over 20 some odd times over the past 6 months and it continues to say invalid account number.
11. As it is, it shows me a graph but other than hovering on each bar individually, no way to see the usage.
