1. Now it won't even allow me redown load it! It down loads to 30 to 60 percent and just stops! Update- Got it so it downloaded but still getting the Update App notice!This app is great it I have 2 accounts and it reminds me promptly and regularly when my bill is due if there's any outages in my area! It helps a lot to keep track of my billing cycle on two different properties.
2. I expected a little more from this app given the company's technological stance as well as the dough they are raking in.Its great because it lets you pay your bill from the comfort of your own home or anywhere really... but I had to take away 1 star because its in app purchases under the "bill pay" tab are extremely high in price! Feels like you have to "pay to win" to get anywhere in this app! Could make some cheaper options for us poor folk.
3. Will tell me the bill has been paid and the payment processed.
4. With the amount of damage, that is impressive.I think the dashboard would be nice if the bill pay showed up first because that's what I use most on the app.
5. Obviously i dont have that number memorized so i have to end up calling to pay my bill which there is a fee for.
6. Then I wouldn't have to click on 3 separate things to get to bill pay.
7. To the extent that it was a month later and my bill was past due.
8. Only to come back 7 days later and say the bill remains unpaid.
9. I decided to Uninstall this app because I got a notification from the app that my payment is past due, but was paid last week.
10. I followed up (and shared a screenshot of the mess) because it seems like a huge company could figure out how to improve their basic communication.
11. Super annoying.I used this app to ask a question about billing, and the reply from Alliant was filled with extraneous formatting info and nearly impossible to read.
